Pray, pray, pray

13-18 Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.

Lord , I am yours, I place myself in your loving arms. In you I am safe and secure.

I am so aware that I need God every day. This weekend I was constantly   reminded of the battle that is existing (ongoing) in the spiritual world.

Pray, pray, pray.  Trust in Gods Word, hold on to Him, He has your back.

Worship GOD

Worship God -  This word is predominantly from ancient Hebrew “ shachah ,” which means literally, “to bow down" I would like to mark this day, going forward, I would use this #blogpage #guardyourheart as a live journal.  Sharing thoughts and revelations as I continue to walk my journey of faith with God. I hope my musings will encourage you! Ancient Hebrew was  originally  a picture language.   This word is predominantly from ancient Hebrew “ shachah ,” which means literally, “to bow down" Worship is an internal and external action  acknowledging and worshipping God as the great "I AM" In humbling ourself, we bow down and focus, gaze of attention and affection on  God himself, defenceless  and vulnerable in a position we cannot protect ourself.  Worship with the heavenly angles "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord, God, Almighty who was, and is and is to come. He embrace me with love and acceptance

James 5:11 (NCV) 11  We say they are happy because they did not give up. You have heard about Job’s patience, and you know the Lord’s purpose for him in the end. You know the Lord is full of mercy and is kind. I am happy and content at where I am in my life. This morning I just want to take some time out to praise and worship the Lord Most High. He is worthy of all praise. I have found that in stillness, He will embrace me with love and acceptance . This indeed is food for my soul. In His presence there is no need to compete, just receive His grace, his unmerited favor if you like. Just be bold and believe as you draw still before the Father. He who has Jesus, has the Father. In my journey of guarding my heart, it is of the utmost importance to connect with God , those moments that I experience the presence of the Holy Spirit, it can sometimes be measure in total peace filling my whole being. https://you...

God looks after the things he owns.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 King James Version (KJV) But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. God looks after the things he owns. I am His, bought by the blood of Jesus. He owns me. I will consider the hand of God, He is involved in my life every day, God is unfailingly faithful. I will make it to the other side, because God is faithful. God is faithful not because of my faith, but because of His Word. Not only is he faithful, he is merciful, and full of compassion, slow to anger. He is a rock, unchangeable, stable, when He looks upon me it is with so much love. Alow yourself to rest in His love, let not your heart be troubled. https://youtu.be/QvLxZEU02uI?list=RDF6xNafTVr9Q
